Membership Pricing
Standard Membership: $49.95 Premium Membership: $79.95
In addition there is a one-time setup fee of $24.95 to create a new membership.
30 Day Risk-Free Guarantee
All BizQuest Broker Memberships include a 30 day risk-free guarantee. Members who cancel within 30 days of joining may request a full refund of the setup fee and first month’s membership fee. This is available only to business brokers who are first-time members of BizQuest. Brokers who have previously had a BizQuest membership are ineligible for any refunds.Brokers who cancel and request a refund will still be liable for any additional charges incurred during their membership, including Featured listings, additional listings or locations charges, and Broker Directory Sponsorship.
Billing
Billing is done on a rotating schedule based on the date you signed up. Your next billing date is listed on the main page of your My Account section. You can view and print out an invoice for any billing period by clicking on the View Invoices link. You can change your billing information at any time by clicking on the Change Credit Card link.
Membership Cancellation
Memberships can be cancelled by calling BizQuest Customer Service at 888-280-3815, by sending a fax to 888-280-3815, or by emailing service@bizquest.com. Memberships that are cancelled will remain active until the end of their current billing cycle, at which point they will become inactive. Partial-refunds will not be given for memberships which are cancelled prior to the end of their billing cycle. Memberships that are cancelled will have all listing and broker directory data deleted from the account. Memberships that are cancelled and later reactivated will incur a new setup fee of $24.95.

Business for Sale Listings
All memberships include up to 20 active listings at any one time. Members can optionally post more than 20 active listings for an additional charge. A charge of $9 per month is assessed for each full or partial "block" of 20 listings after the first 20. The billing amount is determined by the number of active listings in the account at the time the billing is processed.
Number of Brokers Included
Standard Memberships are limited to one individual person only. Premium memberships are also limited to one individual person; however, upon request, Premium members can be upgraded to multiple-broker functionality, which allows the membership to be shared among one physical office of business brokers.
Number of Business Broker Directory Listings Included
Each membership includes a listing in the Business Broker Directory, for one individual person, with one company name, and one physical location. Members can optionally include their directory listing under additional physical locations for an additional charge of $9 per month per additional location. Members who have been upgraded to "multiple broker" functionality will have multiple brokers listed on their directory page, and each broker will also have a dedicated directory page for his/her individual bio.
Spotlight Listings
Members can optionally upgrade individual business for sale listings to Spotlight listings. Spotlight listings are shown first, above featured and standard listings in the search results. They also stand out from other listings appearing with a colored background and a photo of the business. The cost to Spotlight an individual listing is $99 for a two-month term.
Daily Upgrades for Listings
Members can optionally upgrade individual business for sale listings to Featured or Spotlight listings. Spotlight listings are shown first, above featured and standard listings in the search results. They also stand out from other listings appearing with a colored background and a photo of the business. They are also rotated in the Spotlight Listing spot on the homepage. Featured listings are shown second in search results, above standard listings in the search results. They also stand out from other listings appearing in bold with a colored background and featured icon. The cost to upgrade an individual listing is $1 per day per featured listing, and $2 per day for Spotlight listings. Daily upgrades can be activated or deactivated at any time within My Account. Daily upgraded Listings that are deactivated remain Featured or Spotlighted until midnight Pacific Time on the day that they are deactivated.
Broker Directory Sponsorship
Members can optionally appear as Sponsors within their state in the Business Broker Directory. Sponsors are listed in the right-hand column of the state page in the Broker Directory, and include a company logo, small text slogan, and a link the member’s website. Sponsorships are limited to five per state, and are listed in the order they signed up. The cost of Broker Directory Sponsorship is $195 per month.
Changes in Pricing and Benefits
These prices and benefits may change at any time. Current members will be given at least a 14-day notice before any price change takes effect.
