Jim Nickerson has been in the real estate industry since 1973 and all the time has been associated with the Century 21 system. Nine years as an owner/partner and nine more years as owner and manager most recent as a commercial investment division manager for Century 21 Tampa Geiger and Century 21 All Properties. In 1993 Jim and his family relocated to South Lake Tahoe, California and later to the Carson Valley , where he is now associated with Century 21 Clark Properties in Minden Nevada. In June 1993 he was appointed Century 21 Consultant for Commercial Investment Services. |
