David Cottingham, President and Broker in Charge holds the Certified Business Intermediary designation from the International Business Brokers Association as well as the Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser desigation from the NEBB Institute. He has been involved in the ownership, start-up, purchase and/or sale of businesses for 40 years to include; Retail Clothing and Gifts, Agricultural Equipment Sales, Truck Trailer Sales and Manufacturing, Shutter Sales and Manufacturing, Real Estate Agencies, Funeral Homes and Restaurants. David Cottingham is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in both North and South Carolina, Member of The International Busines Brokers Association, Carolinas-Virginia Business Brokers Association, BizBuySell and BizQuest. Cottingham holds a B.S. Degree in Economics from the University of North Carolina and attended the School of Business Brokerage. He is also a 38 year member of Lions International, Eagle Scout Association, past member of the advisory board of Saint Eugene Hospital, Finance committee and current chairman of long range planning at Main Street United Methodist Church.
