Carl J. Cusano, MBA is president of Capital Business Advisors, Inc. He has brokered the sale of numerous small and mid-sized businesses, in addition to performing countless business valuations and consulting projects. Carl is a longstanding member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and serves as the current president of the New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB). Carl is an active member of the business & civic communities and frequently lectures on small business and entrepreneurship. He has also served as an adjunct professor of Business at the College of St. Rose, Fulton-Montgomery Community College and Adirondack Community College. Prior to his business brokerage career, Carl was very successful in sales and management positions with major U.S. companies in the financial services and medical products industries. Carl holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Sage Graduate School, a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose, and an A.A.S. in Banking, Insurance & Real Estate from Hudson Valley Community College.
