Carl J. Cusano, MBA is president of Capital Business Advisors, Inc. He has brokered the sale of numerous small and mid-sized businesses, in addition to performing countless business valuations and consulting projects. Carl is a longstanding member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and a current member and past president of the New York Association of Business Brokers (NYABB). Carl is an active member of the business & civic communities and frequently lectures on small business and entrepreneurship. He has also served as an adjunct professor of Business at the College of St. Rose, the State University of New York at Delhi, Schenectady County Community College, Fulton-Montgomery Community College and Adirondack Community College. Prior to his business brokerage career, Carl was very successful in sales and management positions with major U.S. companies in the financial services and medical products industries. Carl holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Russell Sage College, a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose, and an A.A.S. in Banking, Insurance & Real Estate from Hudson Valley Community College.
