Brad began his brokerage and consulting practice after 20 years of multi-industry background experience including banking, marketing, engineering, construction, and real estate development.
He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Management with a concentration in Finance. He earned a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Iowa through its Executive Program in 1995. He has 14 years of commercial lending experience. He also has 6 years experience as a CFO in the construction and real estate development fields.
Brad is also a licensed real estate agent and a certified business intermediary.
