Mr. Dada has been in the Mergers & Acquisition industry since 1985. Geographically, his previous areas of experience have been in California and Texas. He has been a resident of Washington since 1991. He receives his undergraduate education in accounting and finance, and currently holds a certificate in accounting.
Mr. Dada sets his goal for the transactions, such that the clients receive maximum cash at closing while the process is least burdensome for them. He accomplishes that by carefully selecting a motivated buyer that is financially qualified with strong industry background.
Mr. Dada has extensive experience in marketing and re-capitalization of manufacturing, service and distribution companies. His specific industry experience includes: machine shops, environmental laboratory, cabinet manufacturing, computer assembly and distribution, store fixture manufacturing, day care centers, employment agencies, food processing, cable harnessing, metal finishing, auto body repair, residential remodeling, plumbing contractors, janitorial service, printing and fulfillment service, sign and display manufacturing, freight forwarding, and numerous other types of companies.
