ROBERT M. BAUMGARTNER has over 25 years experience in executive management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions. Bob has been a leading producer in providing merger, acquisition and finance services to clients for over 20 years. Bob has held positions of Vice President and Treasurer with two Fortune 500, multi-national , New York Stock Exchange companies. His responsibilities included management of domestic and international investment bankers, institutional lenders and commercial banks to support the companies’ acquisition, merger and expansion programs. Bob’s operating experience includes Managing Director of a national, multi-location distributor of hardware/industrial products and Chief Executive Officer of an oil and gas service company operating work over/drilling rigs in Texas, Oklahoma and Wyoming. Prior to his engagement in the private sector, Bob was Group Manager for Commercial Lending for two major regional banks. Bob was an area Vice President and National Director of the Financial Executives International, a past director of the Austin Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and previously served as Vice-Chair of Economic Development for the Northwest Area Council of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Bob graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University with a degree in business and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, a national honorary business society.
