With 14 years of experience in real estate, Alex started his career with JM Genova and Associates, a brokerage firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona, that specialized in luxury resort and hotel sales. With the Horn Company of Las Vegas, his experience expanded to residential and commercial development.

In 1999, Mr. Genova relocated to the Midwest and specialized in property management and asset management for CB Richard Ellis/Sturges for over 3.5 million square feet of managed real estate.

Today, Alex is a Brokerage Associate working in all areas of commercial leasing, sales and investment properties. He specializes in all types of income properties such as apartments, and multi-tenant industrial, retail and office properties. Alex also brokers the sale of businesses.
