I was employed by Pfizer, Inc. for twenty-two years culminating in the position of director. My experience covered all areas of manufacturing, strategic planning, and business acquisition. As a result, I learned to identify the intangible factors that tell the more complete story of where a business is going. I use this skill to position privately-held companies for sale.
Highlights of my M&A experience include performing due diligence on the purchase of a medical-device R&D company and positioning a medical-device manufacturing company for sale.
