Lawrence Brean has had a great deal of experience negotiating and expediting transactions from offer through closing. He has spent over a dozen years as a business transaction intermediary. Prior to that, during his 35 years of business experience, he has served in senior management positions in both public (Ryan Homes, Inc.) and private companies and has owned a manufacturing and distribution business. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a JD from Duquesne University. Mr. Brean is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and holds real estate brokers licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
