Brian joins us as President and Chief Operating Officer of our Des Moines office. Brian graduated from Iowa State University with his B.S. in Chemical Engineering over 15 years ago and immediately began working in the private sector. He has invested his career in working for the world’s largest privately held chemical company, during which time he learned all facets of manufacturing and business workings. He earned his way from Process/Project Engineering to Plant Manager and understands what it takes for a business to be successful, ensuring company owners and shareholders profitable returns from their investments. His experience includes managing hundreds of millions of dollars annually in capital expenditures and operating costs, as well as managing a grass-roots plant startup in India and performing due-diligence for corporate purchases.
