Trudy Parker and Greg Justus have been selling businesses in Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina since 1980. Mr. Justus started the company in 1980 when the business brokerage industry was in its infancy. While working as a banker following graduation from NC State University with a B.S. in Economics, he intensively studied the then new business brokerage concept being developed in California. He then began offering regional business owners professional, competent representation when selling their company. Ms. Parker began working with Mr. Justus in 1986, bringing an extensive marketing background. Her education includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and graduate work in business and marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Glendale, Arizona.

Asset Marketing Group specializes in confidentially marketing profitable companies with proven track records. This includes traditional manufacturing, distribution, retail and service companies as well as "high tech" manufacturers and service companies.
