His background includes business activity both domestically and international. More recently, Tom has also been a business consultant to small businesses assisting in business formation, business planning, sales and business development.

He holds a BA in Mathematics with a business Minor and has taken extensive training in business functions/applications. He is a licensed Colorado real estate broker, a member of CABI, a member of IBBA, a member of the Castle Rock, CO Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Castle Rock Rotary Club.
