As an Entrepreneur, he has also been involved in the start-up, growth, development and sale of companies involved in importing, distribution, service and retail operations. As a financial consultant, Mr. Baer has acquired broad-based experience covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, food processing, snack foods, beverages, franchises, banking, construction, printing, janitorial services, communications, healthcare, retail, and technology. Mr. Baer is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with numerous post-graduate courses. He completed the Executive Development Program from the Graduate School of Business, Indiana University, IN. Mr. Baer has earned a number of certifications, which include, Certified Business Counselor, Business Enhancement Consultant and Senior Business Analyst. He has also developed and conducted numerous seminars including auditing, budgeting, cash management and general management, and all phases of the M&A process.
