D. Wayne Light is the founder of Light-VanAusdall, Inc. and has directed the firm since its inception. Wayne has a B.S. in General Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia and North Carolina. Over the past 30 years, Wayne has served as a board member for over 20 privately held corporations. He is a member of Seventh Street Christian Church and serves as President of its multimillion-dollar church foundation.
