As Controller and Director of Business Development with Land O'Lakes for over 19 years he developed a startup business to become among the largest in its industry with operations in 10 states in 15 years. Maurie has led negotiations on acquisitions, joint ventures, contractual relationships, and divestitures in excess of $1B ranging from $200K to $45M and has been a Board Director of 10 corporations.
