Specialist in mergers & acquisitions, commercial finance, business planning & development. Extensive business valuation and appraisal experience. Corporate and middle market M&A transaction experience exceeding $3.5 billion. For middle market firms and family-owned businesses, Denise has provided business planning, new business development, succession planning, merger & acquisition services, and a variety of commercial financing support services. Previously, Denise was the Chief Financial Analyst for business advisory services at a nationally-ranked M&A firm in Scottsdale, Arizona where she provided support to middle market and corporate clientele. She has also previously served as the senior financial executive for several corporate business units that generated annual revenues between $500 million and $10 billion. Her work in these corporate positions included significant business planning and development, corporate treasury, corporate development and strategic alliance responsibilities. Denise was appointed to serve on both the 2002-2003 Arizona State Bar Board of Governors, and the 2002-2003 Citizens Budget Committee for the City of Scottsdale. She has been a participant in the Institute of Business Appraisers, the National Association of Business Economists, and the Arizona Finance Officers Association. She is currently a resident of Frisco, Texas. Denise was born at Ramey AFB. She attended St. John’s Episcopal School in Abilene, TX and James Madison High School in Portland, OR. She holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering and an M.B.A. degree in Finance/Accounting and Operations Management, both from Stanford University.
