Dan Marsh is President and Founder of AVAIL BUSINESS BROKERS, LLC and AVAIL PARTNERS, LLC, and has over 25 years of general business management experience, both as an entrepreneur and a corporate executive. He has held senior-level positions in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Operations and Manufacturing. His corporate experience covers many diverse markets and industries, including the Manufacturing, Distribution and Services sectors for the Aerospace/Defense, Telecom Equipment, Industrial & Medical Electronics, and Consumer Products segments.

As an executive with both middle-market and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Marsh has transitioned numerous mergers and acquisitions of diverse businesses. He is able to combine his knowledge and passion for deal-making with his love of being an entrepreneur, as he professionally engages with clients on the transfer of their small to medium sized businesses from preparing and packaging to closing.

Mr. Marsh earned his Bachelors Degree (cum laude) from California State University at Northridge, and went on to attend the MBA Program at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Business Counselor (CBC), a Senior Business Analyst (SBA), a Business Broker Specialist (BBS), a Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), and a Licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona.
