A leader in the commercial real estate industry, Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBCSM) was founded in 1906 after a devastating earthquake in San Francisco. For the past 100 years, the company has maintained its original, principled vision of providing honest and exceptional service to its clients, operating under its renowned ʺClient 1stʺ philosophy. The CBC ʺClient 1stʺ philosophy is built on three principles: Absolute Integrity, Value Enhancement, and Relationship Management. Overall, it is a commitment to an unparalleled level of service ‑ the primary quality that makes CBC distinctly different. With a dedication to superior quality across a range of offerings, from leasing and sales to site selection and market research, CBC affiliates work with all client types, from corporate clients to small business clients to investors, regardless of the size of the assignment.
