Over 14 years with FedEx, mostly in Senior Management, responsible for a $two million operating budget, over 175 employees, transport operations, aircraft operations, customer service and sales. Opened Computer Renaissance in December, 1996, which became the 5th highest revenue producer in the 168 store national franchise system. Opened New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in January, 2000, and after three years received the Market Dominator award for having the highest revenue per PC market. The same year was awarded the Circle of Excellence, given to the top three franchisees in the world network, a total of 247 New Horizons locations. Opened Kinetics in September, 2003, a web design and development company. Opened New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in July, 2004, in Rogers, Arkansas. Received a Missouri real estate broker’s license in July, 2005. Started Business Financing Solutions in January, 2006. Opened TP Dapp and Associates, Business Consultants, in July, 2006. Contracted to create and develop the business and operating plan for the EdwardJones Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Drury University, an estimated$12 million dollar project. Became Market Partner (area developer) for Dagwood’s Sandwich Shoppes, with franchising rights for 65 Dagwood’s in the southwest Missouri and Kansas City territories. Opened Success Business Brokers, in February, 2008 with an office in downtown Kansas City and a satellite office in Overland Park, Kansas.
