We are located in Southern Middle Tennessee, one hour south of Nashville. Our office consists of six Certified Residential Appraisers, four of which are FHA /USDA/Rural Development approved. We also have a Certified Commercial Appraiser who is a member of the NEBB and capable of appraising equipment. We have two full-time office assistants to answer your calls and assist with your needs. With 12 years of experience in the business, we have a proven track record of providing quality appraisals which are easily understood by underwriters thus reducing lenders time, efforts and costs in managing the appraisal process. |
