Tameric Realty, a specialist in car wash sales, was started in 1980 by Dick Boudakian. At the time Dick also owned his own car wash business and has since purchased two more. He now owns and operates one full service location and two exterior sites. in 1990 Richard Zodikoff joined the Tameric team. He owned an exterior and six self service bays. Both Boudakian and Zodikoff are past presidents of the Car Wash Operators of New Jersey and currently are members of the car wash operators board.
