We do not believe in putting our main focus on securing as many business listings as possible like many others do. Instead, we believe that efficient management of our listings and greater attention is the best avenue to a successful closing.

Robert J. Boyer:

Bob has been around the real estate industry for more than 21 years now. Prior to that, he had worked for several Surveying/Engineering firms doing drafting and surveying. He started in real estate appraisals in 1987 where he worked for Savings of America and then Todd Real Estate Services until 1995. He purchased Apple Inspections in 1995 and combined real estate appraisals and building inspections together as one business. This business has had gross revenues of between $180,000 and $220,000 the last 5 years before being sold in 2007. Marketing for this business sale was done by Bob and the sale was closed within 4 months of being offered. Bob attended the School of Business Brokerage in North Carolina and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association® (IBBA).


Bob and Sara decided to utilize their 14+ years of combined business ownership, management and experience to represent and assist others in the purchase and sale of other businesses.
