From 1986-1995, Clay was a senior operational manager for a four season $32 million annual revenue resort in Central VA, the resort was 14,000 Acres in size. He is well diversified, understanding all resort operations and multiple departments.
From 1996-2006, Clay served as General Manager of a 60,000 square foot facility at he College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
From 2000, CRR has closed on multiple business transactions in VA & NC with an average closing price of $350,000. CRR also has consulted multiple country clubs and resorts on the East Coast.
Clay holds a Bachelor of Science Business Degree in Finance from VA Tech
