Charlene has 20 years experience in coastal Maine ocean front real estate, owning her own real estate company in southern Maine before joining Maine Coast Properties in 2002. She studied finance and accounting and attended Harvard studying Commercial Real Estate and Property Development. To her credit is the successful marketing and sales of several multi-million dollar properties. Charlene is also actively involved in the commercial side of real estate such as the Sand Dollar condominium development, Dy-No-Mite retail, and other condominiums in Old Orchard, the Skylark Motel, Sea Cliff Motel, and the recent sales of other motels and businesses.
