* Ability to over see the performance of firm’s portfolio of mixed properties through leasing, sales, property management and property acquisition.
* Familiar with leases, approving tenant credit, summary Ejectment and the executing of leases
* Establish all third party vendors for the management of all aspect of property management and deliver all reporting of their performance.
* Ability to review and understand leases, contracts, and other legal documents related to real estate acquisition, disposition, and ownership.
* Familiar with the review of property operating budget and capital budgets as part of the business plan.
