As the network of franchisees turn over, the resale process can negatively impact the royalty income stream, and ultimately the franchiser's overall value.

We understand this critical stage. We also recognize that many franchisers spend most of their time and money with new franchisee sales and ongoing support systems, with limited resources devoted to the resale process. Franchise Capital Group (FCG) was created specifically to assist in this important event - franchisee succession.

Eventually most franchisees sell their franchise businesses. When that time comes, FCG is here to assist all stakeholders - franchiser, franchisee, franchisee buyer - in the succession process.
