I call Austin home, since 1989, and I love this town. Austin is rapidly developing into a sprawling metro still her roots well established in the small town psyche. I try my best to keep up with all the developments.

I graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.S.E) from and an undergraduate Degree in Technology (B. Tech, summa cum laude) from University of Kerala, India.

I am also a mortgage broker and providing home mortgages and commercial loans under the brand Indus Mortgage (www.indusloans.com).

I am a certified MCE (Mandatory Continuing Education) instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

My previous work experience include as Engineer at Indian Space Research Organization, India, Designer, Applied Materials, Austin, TX and Branch Manager, Marlabs, Austin, TX.
