Tom Caltrider is the Managing Director with the Maui Office of VR Business Brokers and has over 30 years of very broad business experience. Tom is the only business broker on Maui honored with the International Business Brokers Associations prestigious designation of "Certified Business Intermediary" or "CBI". A CBI is a proven professional whose experience, education, knowledge and ethics is supported and documented by the industrys leading trade association.His last corporate position was as Senior Vice President of Johns Manville responsible for the $1 billion fiberglass insulation business. Prior to that he was President and CEO of Gundle Environmental Services; Vice President of GE Plastics Pacific based in Singapore; and, Vice President of Petrochemicals for Borg-Warner Chemicals. He has a strong background in sales, marketing, finance, business development, purchasing, and joint venture and trade association leadership, all of which are employed in business brokerage.
