Joe Sofet, President (CBI), has been with the company for over 30 years and continues as an active dealmaker and managing broker. He is a court-experienced expert witness, has prepared a multitude of business evaluations for all purposes, and is a licensed real estate broker. He has also owned all or part of 20+ businesses in the last 35 years and understands small business operations and ownership issues completely. Joe has personally been involved with the successful brokering of the purchase and sale of approximately 1,000 businesses. Joe lectures on the subject of business valuations and transaction consummation at colleges and for various clubs and organizations. Joe is currently licensed in four states. |
