Lanier has over 28 years experience in running and owning a chain of retail business, he also has 4 years experience in mortgage banking and has a clear understanding of how to work with Baking and SBA lenders. Lanier is a tested and certified Senior Member of the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute in the field of Machinery and Equipment Appraisal and has earned the professional designation Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA). Lanier also has earned the professional designation of Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) by the International Business Brokers Association. He also serves as an Independent Business Consultant in the area of business valuations for Gulf Coast Financial. Additionally, he is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Alabama. Lanier has owned the offices of Sunbelt Business Brokers in Mobile, Alabama and Pensacola, Florida since 1994.
