David started his career as a licensed California Business Broker with tremendous vigor: during his first six months, he presented almost $35 Million worth of offers! He brings a wide array of experience to the field of business acquisitions and sales. As a former California practicing attorney, David for 17 years litigated cases involving contracts, and professional malpractice including the area of broker liability, and insurance coverage. He served as a mediator and arbitrator, and has run a 45-attorney regional office of a national law firm. In the entertainment field, David has negotiated and managed contracts involving the filming of motion pictures, television and commercials.
