Rod Gutierrez has worked in industry and government for many years, having served as board member, vice president and chief financial officer of several publicly-held companies. Rod holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from California State University at Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from the University of Arizona. He has attended the Harvard Business School's Smaller Company Management Program. Rod is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where he teaches finance. He is a licensed Business and Real Estate Broker. Rod continues to remain involved in his community, having served as Chairman and Commissioner for the City of Torrance Water Department, ViceChairman and Commissioner of the City of Torrance Human Resources Commission, and ViceChairman of the City of Phoenix Human Relations Commission. |
