He started the Personal Computer business from scratch and built it to the largest PC Dealership in Southern California with 8 stores, Corporate Headquarters and $45 million in sales. He searched for and selected the location, got leasehold improvements done, installed furniture and fixtures, computer networks and selected software to provide Authorizations, Billing and Payment Processes. Ratan is also the HIPAA officer and trained all employees to be HIPAA (Health Information Portability and Accountability Act) compliant.
