ADALITE is manufactured in china and is TURN-KEYED ready to market immediatly. all tooling.manufacturing,packaging and designing has been finalized, we have already manufactured 3000 units and they were all sold within the first 6 shows we attended. now we will have to order more very soon. we are holding off an order for the next 30 days, in order to give the new owner (whomever buys this company) a chance to make any name changes, or address changes to packaging.

$100,000 down and remainding balance of $50,000 in 1 yr. as long as i get rights to purchase product at agreed upon wholesale price, and continue to be able to sell at trade shows only for minimum 1 yr, if i cant make you clear-profit $200,000 within the 1 yr term, then the balance owed is void, when i do make you clear-profit $200,000 in 1 yr then you pay the balance of $50,000 in the 1 yr.
