This is a well established business that has three income centers:

One is the well established catering business. They have a fully equipped kitchen on site and also have the equipment to take the cooking to any off site party or meeting venue. This includes a van and fully equipped trailer. They have a reputation for good food, reasonable prices and for always pleasing the clients. They offer varied menus, full service at the events, creative serving displays and much more.

The business includes a large and attractive reception and party hall that is available for almost any size event. The rental of the hall is steady as the demand for a party venue is large and seems recession proof. Most of the hall rentals will include the food and catering services. The hall is used almost weekly for various church services and/or meetings plus a civic group has a catered luncheon meeting every week.

In late June the business started serving lunch specializing in home cooked family style dishes. This does not add much to the overhead while increasing sales. Only serving 4 days a week, they offer a daily menu with 2 meats, four vegetables, bread, assorted desserts and drink, all for one low price. This has proven to be a big hit and will add to the profits. Project net profits will increase by $50,000 +/- annually with the lunch addition.
