The Denver imaging facility has been in operations since August 2002. The facility has operated as a traditional retail imaging business since 2007and holds provider agreements with all major insurance payers in the Denver market. The imaging center houses MRI, CT and Ultrasound modalities. Additionally, in 2008 the facility business expanded to include radiology network management operations on behalf of a significant local customer through a network of subcontracted providers in the Denver market. Under that agreement, the Company operates as the exclusive source of in-network providers of selected modalities for approximately 14,000 Medicare HMO lives in Denver. The facility is the primary provider within the Company's Denver network for MRI, CT and Ultrasound services. The facility has been the exclusive and primary provider of MRI and CT for this population for seven years and the new exclusive network agreement has a multi-year term. As a result, the Companys imaging facility and network operations control a significant amount of business in the greater Denver market including other modalities that could be internalized at the facility, including PET, Plain Film XR, CT Angiography and Mammography.
