Our client specializes in the design, fabrication, and installation of ornamental and architectural metal, structural and miscellaneous steel, and automated gate products. Our client manufactures a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metal fences, gates, stairs, signs, pedestrian bridges, and hand railings for use on highways, commercial office buildings, and high-end residential homes.
Our client’s customer base consists of 50 active accounts located in the north Texas region. In 2006, sales were driven by highway construction projects (28%), architectural metal and railings (27%), ornamental fences and railings (22%), structural steel and erection (17%), and automated gate products (6%).
The Company operates out of four buildings, consisting of 24,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. Management recently built a new 12,000 square foot manufacturing facility, complete with an automated 2-ton overhead crane. The Company's staff totals 27 full-time non-union individuals, in addition to the two principals.
