This is a very easy Company to manage, The only two W-2 Employees are the officers of the company, the rest of the employees consisting of the graphic designer, office administrator, editor, distributor part time secretary and 5 commission sales girls who are all 1099 employees. The company outsources all of the printing, the news articles are given to the company at no charge. The Company is an independent weekly foreign magazine targeting large ethnic communities of Southern California. We have subscribers who receive the magazine at their home or place of business. We can also be found, free of charge, at newsstands, restaurants, markets, schools, temples, and other businesses and community centers throughout the L.A metropolitan area. The Company has a cooperative agreement with leading publications, providing new and interesting articles every week. In addition the Company prints original material covering a wide variety of interests in areas such as fashion, astrology, local news, and religious and political commentary. The magazine also has a strong classified section, including a “medical” section, devoted to local Doctors and medical professionals. In addition to the printed magazine, the Company also operates a website, which serves as a portal for ethnic people residing in the U.S. as well as for those residing in foreign countries, but seeking services in the U.S. The website was launched in the Spring of 2008 and already boasts a monthly visitor count of approximately 100,000. The website includes an online version of the printed publication as well as additional articles and material from multiple sources. The Company is a dynamic and colorful journal that is hard to resist at the newsstand. Our advertisers are extremely satisfied with the service they receive. We offer our customers promotional articles and “teasers” in order to promote their business and produce the maximum results toward a long-term relationship with us. Our clients include, among others, a major ethnic Television channel, the Consulate, AT&T, and, travel and shipping agencies, attorneys, doctors, real estate firms, restaurants, pharmacies, telephone and cable companies, as well as a detailed classified section.
