Our Client manufactures and sells custom lighting fixtures, iron doors, and railings to customers throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The Company differentiates itself from its competitors by offering the latest technology in gas lights and elaborate designs made in cast iron, wrought iron, and cast bronze, along with in-house design capabilities that allow them to manufacture one-of-kind custom products. The Company’s lighting lines come in different specifications, with several options for power, finish, glass, set-up, and size. Our Client utilizes their own manufacturing plant in Mexico, where the lantern shells for all steel and cast iron fixtures, as well as their e-coating treatments are produced. The final assembly, wiring, and finishing of each lantern is performed in the Company’s Texas production facility.

The employee base consists of the 2 owners, 2 US salespersons, 23 lighting production personnel (11 in the US, 12 in Mexico), a 3-person US door installation crew, and 11 office personnel (6 in the US, 5 in Mexico). The Company currently operates out of three facilities: a 20,000 square foot showroom/office/warehouse facility, a 1,100 square foot showroom, both in Texas, and a 23,000 square foot factory in Mexico.
