The Company is a regional leader in the solvents and petroleum distribution industry. The Company, has evolved from being solely a solvents distributor to expanding through acquisitions and organic growth into waste collection; lab packs; dry cleaning supplies; service to the health care hospitality industries by supplying equipment and tech support and selling soap; washer fluids/antifreeze; and aqueous blends. The end result is the Company has demonstrated a capacity to continually expand and meet ongoing customers needs by delivering custom solutions promptly and efficiently.

Facilities:The Company occupies three facilities. Two are owned and one is leased. The largest facility is 35,000 square foot located on approximately 4 acres in a suburban area and is a permitted TS&D (Treatment Storage and Disposal) facility. The other two facilities are smaller off site warehouse type facilities with some operations performed to meet customer needs. All facilities are convenient to major expressways and points of delivery, including an on-site rail line. The site acreage is primarily used for receiving materials and trucking as well as employee/visitor parking.
All facilities are in good order and do not require any significant modifications or capital needs.
Tank farms are used on the properties to store various fluids that are purchased in bulk. Also, a fleet of trucks and other delivery vehicles are used to deliver products as needed.
Market Outlook and Competition:The Company sells to end users ranging from automotive body shops to hospitality providers. Custom solutions and turnaround is critical and is a primary focus of keeping customers happy.
Ongoing customer relationships are maintained through its dedicated sales force of two inside sales people and four outside representatives.
Advertising consists of trade magazines and trade organizations as well as continual contact with existing customer base through trade shows, mail, email, and internet.
COMPETITION:
Based on the wide variety of needs for solvent and petroleum products, there is healthy competition throughout the markets the Company competes in. Although many of the products and services are similar, the Company through low turnover and focus believes it delivers consistent and superior service.
There is no one dominant player in any of the niches of the Company that controls the market.
