supportive environment through family, friends and co-workers, knowledgeable, caring staff and
proper exercise and nutrition, many of our members have achieved remarkable improvements
in their health, breaking through plateaus and even reducing or eliminating the need for
medications, while increasing their self-esteem and self-motivation.

Franchise Fee: $35,000
Total Investment: $73,700 to $102,700
Royalty: 6%
Advertising Fee: 2%
MASTER FRANCHISE INVESTMENT
Area Representative Fee: $35,000 + 3¢ per person
Minimum Territory Size: $95,000 or 2,000,000 people
Unit/Population Ratio: 1 unit per 100,000 people
