Befor Ecowater is located in Smith Center, KS on Hwy 36. The business is located in a new metal building located on a 127' x 130' large corner lot that is two years old and very attractive. The 40' x 80' building has two large overhead doors on the front of the building plus a couple of walk-in doors. The front and east side of the building is concrete which gives ample parking for customers as well as delivery and service trucks.

The west third of the building consists of a showroom for the display of water softeners, RO systems and other products that are sold by the company. There is a seperate business office located just off of the showroom.
