Cancer Therapeutic Drug developer is seeking partner(s) who are capable of bringing up to $10 million to the partnership. The company was founded in the early nineties and is at the stage of presenting the experimental results of its pre-clinical technology to Top Pharmaceutical companies in late 2009 and early 2010. This is in accordance to industry practices during which the large pharmaceutical companies take over the technology and after further investment of their own they secure FDA approval. Obviously large pharmaceutical companies proceed at this phase after they see serious and compelling evidence (like this company is ready to offer to them at the up-coming meetings.) Given the particular circumstances of the pre-clinical R&D results of this company they expect to enter into a license agreement with 1 or 2 large pharmaceuticals companies around mid-2010. WHEN THIS HAPPENS THE COMPANY EXPECTS THAT THE NEW PARTNER(S) WOULD SEE PAYBACK OF THEIR INVESTMENT WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND SUBSEQUENTLY REALIZE HIGH RETURNS IN LINE WITH RETURNS IN SUCCESSFUL BIOTECHNOLOGY VENTURES. TECHNOLOGY HIGHLIGHTS: In essence company's technology may be summarized as follows: Development of cancer therapies designed to selectively stop the proliferation of cancer cells by targeting the molecular alterations responsible for their malignant transformation while minimally affecting normal cells. The company's lead drug candidates, which were licensed from a leading Ivy League University in November 2007, are inhibitors of mRNA translation at the level of initiation, and abrogate growth of human cancer cell lines and xenografted human tumors in mice with high potency and minimal or no toxicity. NOTE: Enterprise Development Resources, Inc. is functioning as a finder. Further representations of the company's technology and business proposal will be made by the management of the company.
