This company was founded by one of the owners many years ago. They specialize in crystal lighting, but have other lighting products primarily for residential purposes. Many of the products are imported from Europe and Asia and then assembled in the US. Sales for the company before the recession were $6 Million with about 10% cash flow. The lackluster building market and poor economy have pushed sales down by almost half and the company is at about a break even now. They have almost $2 Million in inventory and $1 Million in external debt. The company has no sales and marketing and is in need of this. They are located in a 56,000 SF facility close to a major interstate in a large southeast city. There is no formal asking price, but the owner's realize most of the transaction will be an asset sale with much of any goodwill going in the form of an earn-out.
