Revenues are from two sources: 1) transferable accounts with four major manufacturers (and 18 smaller accounts) who pay for repairs on warranted products; 2) consumers who pay for repairs out of pocket. Repairs are typically quick, and seller will train and familiarize the new owner or employee on how to use the hand tools and industrial sewing machine.
