Modern and efficient machining company of medium to large, close tolerance complex and sophisticated parts. The customer base is blue chip, comprised mostly of Fortune 500 companies. Most orders are on a contract basis, (approximately 75%). These contracts are derived from customers with long term relationships and commitments. They have long term contracts and strong relationships with their customers because of the quality and service they provide. The industries served are; large diesel engines parts, railroad, transportation, heavy off road equipment, gas and oil exploration, pipeline production and large engines for pipeline compression. Normal revenue range is 9M to 10M, because of the current economy; sales are in the 6M to 7M range. It is important to note, the company has not lost any customers, the orders are slower. The current owner wants to stay long term and because of the economic times he understands that the price, structure and terms of a deal are essential to a buyer. He is motivated to do a fair deal with a qualified buyer and there is ample leverage on the balance sheet.
