The Company is a 20+ year-old snowboarding, skateboard¬ing and skiing camp, specifically dedicated to delivering a fun, safe learning environment for campers to unlock their full potential, regardless of age, gender or ability to guests from all over the world. Campers, from inexperienced to expert, “hang out” with world-class snowboarders, skiers, skateboarders, and BMX riders, with some of the Company’s athletes going on to become U.S. Olympians. Revenue is generated from summer camp sessions (85% of sales), winter camp sessions (10%), corporate sponsorships (3%), and merchandise and snack sales (2%). Campers come from the Eastern U.S. (39% of sales), Pacific (31%), Midwest (15%), Central (13%), and internationally (2%). The Company’s picturesque location at the base of a famous peak makes this an ideal lifestyle acquisition. Both the operating business and real property are available for acquisition. The land and buildings that comprise the camp facilities are located on a 28 acre site, eight (8) of which contain all of the buildings and the developed recreational facilities.
