This Growing Midwest Tailgating Company (MTC; not the real name) is part of the emerging Tailgating Industry. According to the American Tailgate Association, more that 50 million people in America tailgate (i.e. set up parties before and after sporting events held around the open tailgate of a vehicle); 57% of people liking the tailgating life style have household incomes of $75,000+; 90% have broadband connections; 78% tailgate with a party of up to 19 people. The American Tailgate Association (ATA) rates this emerging industry as a "Multibillion Dollar Industry." According to ATA: " The tailgating opportunity is driven by a convergence of factors... the tailgater is a more educated, more affluent and more motivated consumer than the average male, and his purchases are very diverse, running the gamut from grills to groceries and automobiles to apparel... When you combine his buying power with a strong desire to constantly improve his tailgating and his potential to purchase equipment and supplies on behalf of a large group of friends and fellow tailgaters, you have a recipe for consumerism that is truly unique" Well, the MTC is on its way to capitalizing on this trend in a significant way by having designed a proprietary seating product and having set up manufacturing and supply arrangements for "drop-off" shipments of a great assortment of products (please see picture of MTC's product offerings.) In addition, MTC has designed a state of the art Web Site and supports by the proper Internet-based advertising and promotional tools.

MTC just got an equity infusion of $75,000 after securing a contract with a football league and is looking to have additional equity infusion to implement it unfolding growth plans.
