This truck stop / gas station, located at the intersection of well-traveled federal and state highways in Indiana, was constructed in 1992. It is open 24 hours every day of the year, catering to both commercial and private passengers vehicles. It is situated at the intersection of highways that numerous trucks traverse to and from such areas as Toledo, Ohio; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Columbus, Ohio and other points. The state of Indiana has projected road improvements will be made on the state road over the next several years, which is expected to increase the traffic flow; especially truck traffic. The current owner has owned it since 2000. The station has a convenience store, sells state lottery tickets, and has a small restaurant area (mainly serving cold sandwiches, though it will also microwave hot food from off the shelf or out of the cooler). Moreover, with improvement scheduled for the state highway, it is expected that more trucks will use the local roads to avoid toll services.
